Mona Barry is a Certified Massage Therapist
She is a 1992 graduate of the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork. She is trained in Esalen, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy (prenantal), Myofascial Release, Sports, Chair, Cross Fiber Friction, Therapeutic massage and Hasse Myotherapy. Mona tailors each massage to the individual by listening to their needs.  She loves doing massage as much today or even more than she did when she first started. 

Mona lives in Hugo with her Husband Jack.  Between them, they have 3 married adult children and 4 wonderful grandchildren. One of a kind Mini Golden Doodle named Teddy.   Mona loves to read, garden, fish, walk and just being outdoors.  Most of all, she loves spending time with her grandkids.
